Canva Specialist Needed for Template Customisation & Client Fulfilment

We're looking for a highly detail-oriented Canva specialist to help fulfil customer orders for a growing digital products business. ⚠️ **This is NOT a traditional graphic design role.** The templates are already built. Your role is to accurately customise, prepare, quality-check and deliver digital assets to customers. We're looking for somebody who enjoys process-driven work, follows SOPs, and takes pride in getting the details right. --- 🚀 What You'll Be Doing When a customer places an order, you'll be responsible for: ✅ Duplicating Canva template folders ✅ Applying customer brand colours using HEX codes ✅ Adding customer logos ✅ Locking and position-locking Canva elements correctly ✅ Adding instructional comments where required ✅ Renaming files according to our naming conventions ✅ Creating Canva template links ✅ Updating delivery documents with the correct links ✅ Exporting final PDFs ✅ Performing quality assurance checks ✅ Sending completed customer deliveries 📌 The process itself is straightforward, but accuracy is extremely important. --- 🎯 Who We're Looking For You'll likely be a great fit if you: ✅ Use Canva regularly ✅ Have worked with templates, workbooks or digital products before ✅ Are highly organised ✅ Follow instructions carefully ✅ Enjoy process-based work ✅ Have strong written English ✅ Communicate clearly and proactively ⚠️ You do NOT need to be a world-class designer. Initially, fulfilment volume may be relatively light, but we are looking for somebody we can build a long-term working relationship with as order volume grows.
