Care Home Software Sales Consultant Needed

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to help grow SyncBaseCare, a cloud-based care home management platform designed for care homes across the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to identify care homes, contact decision-makers, schedule product demonstrations, and help convert prospects into paying customers. Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads within the UK care home sector Contact care home owners, managers, and administrators Schedule and conduct introductory sales calls Demonstrate the benefits of SyncBaseCare Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline Help close new customer accounts Provide market feedback and sales insights Ideal Candidate Experience selling SaaS or software solutions Experience working with care homes, healthcare, or social care organizations Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales About SyncBaseCare SyncBaseCare is a care home management platform that helps care homes manage residents, staff, family communications, care records, appointments, notifications, and daily operations from a single system.
