Career Coach for 1:1 Zoom Sessions + Weekly Group Coaching (US-Based, Ongoing)

DreamJob Matcher is a career-matching platform. Our users complete a deep AI-powered career assessment, and we are launching a live coaching program on top of it. We are hiring 2 US-based career coaches to deliver the program under our brand. What you will deliver each week: Discovery Sessions (30 min, 1:1 Zoom). New members arrive with their personalized career report already generated by our platform. You walk them through the results, help them pick a direction, and outline their strategy. Monthly 1:1 coaching sessions (45-60 min, Zoom). Subscribers get 1-2 hours of coaching per month: action-plan reviews, mock interviews with feedback, and resume/LinkedIn guidance. Weekly live group coaching (60 min, Zoom). You host a group session for our member cohort on a fixed weekly slot: a short topic teaching block plus live Q&A. What we provide: The member's full assessment report before every session A session framework and program curriculum, so every coach delivers a consistent experience All scheduling, booking, reminders, and Zoom links. You coach, we run the operations A steady, growing pipeline of members. No selling and no client acquisition on your side Requirements: US-based with native English Real career coaching, career counseling, recruiting, or HR experience (please describe it in your application) Comfortable running mock interviews and giving direct, actionable feedback Professional on-camera presence and a quiet, reliable setup Fixed weekly availability, including at least 2 US evening slots for 1:1s and one fixed weekly slot for the group session Comfortable working white-label: in sessions you are part of the DreamJob Matcher coaching team Coaching certification (ICF, NCC, CPCC) is a plus, not required Engagement and pay: Hourly contract through Upwork with a weekly cap, starting around 5-10 hours/week and growing with our subscriber base Long-term, ongoing role.
