The Role As a Case Manager, you will manage a portfolio of survey instructions, coordinating appointments, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and supporting our surveyors to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling multiple priorities, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities • Manage survey instructions from initial enquiry through to completion. • Schedule survey appointments and coordinate surveyors' diaries. • Liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors. • Provide regular updates to clients throughout the survey process. • Prepare quotations and confirm survey bookings. • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system. • Monitor case progress and proactively follow up on outstanding actions. • Ensure survey reports are issued promptly and all administrative tasks are completed accurately. • Respond to client enquiries professionally via phone and email. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the continued growth of the business. About You We're looking for someone who is: • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. • A confident communicator with outstanding customer service skills. • Able to manage multiple cases and prioritise effectively. • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently. • Comfortable using GoHigh Level and Microsoft Office. • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused. Desirable Experience • Previous experience in case management, property administration, or customer service. • Experience within residential surveying, estate agency, conveyancing, mortgages, or a related property environment. • Experience coordinating appointments and managing multiple stakeholders. • Familiarity with CRM systems.
