Cash Flow Analyst for The eCommerce CFO (Full-Time, Multiple Clients) We're The eCommerce CFO, a strategic CFO firm serving eCommerce brands globally. We're a small team focused on delivering quality work for our clients, with no intention of becoming a big firm that stretches itself thin. What you'll do: Build and maintain weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts for multiple eCommerce clients Prepare monthly variance analysis (forecast vs actuals) with clear commentary on what moved and why Reconcile bank data against forecasts and flag timing gaps early (inventory payments, supplier deposits, ad spend, channel payouts) Work alongside our bookkeepers and our cash flow and payables coordinator, following our established workbook processes Communicate findings clearly so the CFO can take them straight to clients What we're looking for: 2+ years in cash flow forecasting, FP&A or similar analyst role Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (you live in spreadsheets) Experience with Xero AND QuickBooks eCommerce exposure preferred: you understand inventory cash timing, channel payouts and seasonality Reliable, detail-obsessed, and comfortable managing recurring monthly deadlines across several clients Clear written English Details: Full-time and exclusive to The eCommerce CFO (no other clients or side work) Fully remote, we use Asana and Slack How to Apply To show you've read this, start your proposal with the word "FORECAST" and briefly describe a cash flow forecast you've built.
