Chargeback Representment Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chargeback Representment Specialist to manage and fight chargebacks specifically for PayPal, Shopify. This role involves utilizing provided templates and systems to represent chargebacks. Responsibilities include: Completing and submitting chargeback representment templates through the relevant systems for PayPal, Shopify. Monitoring and tracking the outcome of submitted disputes (won/lost ratio). Accurately logging all chargeback representment data into our internal system. This is an hourly-based project requiring a detail-oriented individual with some initial experience in chargeback processes who are looking to further develop their skills. Required Skills and Experience: Experience and understanding of chargeback representment processes. Ability to follow instructions and complete templates accurately. Basic data entry and record-keeping skills. Familiarity with Paypal dispute processes. Familiarity with Shopify dispute processes. Hourly Rate: $5 USD per hour Experience Level: Intermediate Job Type: Hourly
