We are an automotive company seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to build and integrate an AI-powered chatbot into our website. Responsibilities Develop and integrate an AI-powered chatbot into our automotive website. Train the chatbot using our company information, vehicle inventory, FAQs, service details, pricing, and policies. Answer customer questions about available vehicles, specifications, pricing, financing options, warranties, trade-ins, maintenance, and repairs. Capture leads by collecting visitor names, phone numbers, email addresses, vehicle preferences, and purchase requirements. Integrate test-drive booking, service appointment scheduling, or sales consultation booking where required. Connect the chatbot with our CRM or lead management system, if applicable. Ensure the chatbot provides accurate, natural, professional, and user-friendly responses. Test, troubleshoot, and optimize the chatbot before final delivery. Ensure the chatbot works smoothly across desktop and mobile devices. Required Skills Proven experience developing AI chatbots using OpenAI, Botpress, Dialogflow, Voiceflow, or similar platforms. Experience integrating chatbots with websites, APIs, CRM systems, or appointment-booking platforms. Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and conversational AI. Experience building lead-generation and customer-support automation. Ability to deliver a clean, reliable, and well-tested solution within the agreed timeline. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Previous experience working with automotive dealerships, vehicle marketplaces, car rental companies, repair shops, or automotive service businesses.
