We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor – System Engineering to lead enterprise network and security operations for a global customer environment. ⸻ Role Overview The Senior Supervisor – System Engineering will be responsible for leading enterprise network infrastructure and cybersecurity operations across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in Check Point firewalls, Cisco networking, enterprise routing and switching, VPN technologies, and cloud networking. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee security operations, mentor engineering teams, and ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical network infrastructure. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Network Security Operations * Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Check Point Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW). * Design, implement, and optimize firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, and security rules. * Perform firewall upgrades, migrations, and policy optimization. * Monitor firewall health, performance, and security events. Enterprise Networking * Manage enterprise LAN, WAN, and data center networking infrastructure. * Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure. * Support enterprise routing protocols including: * BGP * OSPF * EIGRP * MPLS * TCP/IP * Troubleshoot complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues. Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure * Support networking across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Configure hybrid connectivity between cloud and on-premises environments. * Support cloud-native security controls, virtual firewalls, and cloud networking best practices. * Work with cloud teams to enhance security architecture and network performance. Security & Compliance * Implement and maintain enterprise security technologies including: * Firewalls * VPN * IDS/IPS * Network Access Controls * Secure Remote Access * Conduct security assessments and vulnerability reviews. * Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and industry best practices. * Support audit activities and security documentation. Incident Management * Lead investigation and resolution of critical network and security incidents. * Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams during high-priority incidents. * Participate in major incident response and disaster recovery activities.
