ServiceNow Lab Mentor- Real World Job Simulation

I'm seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to mentor me through real world, hands-on labs that simulate the daily responsibilities of a Junior ServiceNow Administrator. I already have a separate mentor teaching me ServiceNow fundamentals and preparing me for the CSA certification. This position is strictly focused on hands-on labs and realworld experience. I'm looking for someone who has worked in enterprise environments and can teach me the same tasks, tickets, troubleshooting techniques, and projects that a Junior ServiceNow Administrator would perform on the job. I don't want tutorial-style exercises or generic examples. I want to learn how ServiceNow is actually used in production environments. What training am I looking for Realistic ServiceNow tickets Enterprise-style business scenarios Day-to-day administrator responsibilities Troubleshooting production issues User administration Forms, lists, and table configuration Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management Service Catalog administration Flow Designer Knowledge Management CMDB and Configuration Items Reports and Dashboards Notifications and Assignment Rules SLA administration Workflow configuration Security and Roles Importing and exporting data Update Sets Best practices used by enterprise ServiceNow teams Anything else that will help prepare me for my first ServiceNow Administrator position If there's something a Junior Administrator should know, I want to practice it. Session Format Each session should follow a real-world workflow: Present a realistic business scenario or support ticket. Explain the business requirement. Demonstrate the solution. Allow me to complete the work independently. Review my work and provide feedback. Explain best practices and common mistakes. Answer questions and explain why the solution is appropriate. Recommend additional practice before our next session. I want to build confidence by completing the work myself, not by watching someone else do everything.
