HIGH-UPSIDE DIGITAL PRODUCT SEEKING A TEMPORARY REVENUE PARTNER Juice F.A.S.T. for Weight Loss is seeking an expert or coordinated team to determine whether substantial historical purchase intent can be converted into real, successfully settled customer revenue. At the highest traffic level reached during a progressive Google Ads ramp-up, the funnel recorded in approximately 15 hours: • Approximately 7,000 Begin Checkout events • Approximately 1,700 final purchase-intent clicks after the $57 price was displayed • Approximately 113 final intent clicks per hour • Approximately 1.9 final intent clicks per minute These were simulated purchase-intent events, not completed purchases. The funnel worked as follows: 1. Visitors first learned what the JuiceFast program contained without seeing the price. 2. Interested visitors clicked Buy Now. 3. They reached the checkout-stage page displaying the $57 purchase price. 4. Approximately 1,700 final events were recorded from visitors who continued after seeing the price and clicked the simulated purchase button in 15 hours. (after this I turned the budget off and did no further simulated Cart testing when I realized that something was wrong with the Real shopping cart) 5. That button directed them to a Thank You page so purchase intent could be measured before a reliable international payment system existed. Traffic had begun at lower levels and was progressively increased. Testing was stopped when the simulated final step was replaced by a real checkout and completed purchases dropped to zero. We therefore never discovered: • The true real-customer conversion rate • The maximum profitable advertising volume • The market saturation point • The ideal selling price • The international scaling ceiling Google Ads support stated that invalid traffic had been filtered from the reported results. The selected expert must independently verify the actual traffic quality, event accuracy, and number of unique human users. WHY THIS MAY BE A QUICK, HIGH-VALUE PROJECT The central technical problem may be very simple for someone who already understands Saudi and GCC payments. Based on the evidence currently available, Phase 1 may require only: • Installing a checkout that properly supports Saudi customers • Confirming Mada and 3D Secure compatibility • Connecting successful payments to accurate Google Ads and GA4 purchase tracking • Checking the existing membership portal • Verifying that paying customers receive access • Turning the existing campaign back on for a controlled test It is possible that a qualified expert could inspect the system, implement the proper checkout, verify the customer experience, and prepare the campaign for launch very quickly. The longer list of possible responsibilities below does not mean that every item will require substantial work. We want the shortest responsible path to real customer sales. Do not recommend a major redesign, platform migration, or long optimization project unless inspection proves that it is required for a fair revenue test. COMPENSATION TERMS — READ BEFORE APPLYING Do not apply, message me, or request a call if you expect meaningful payment before JuiceFast generates and receives real, successfully settled customer revenue. Other than the minimum guaranteed amount required to establish a compliant Upwork contract, do not apply if you require: • An upfront deposit • An hourly payment before customer sales • A paid audit • A paid discovery phase • A retainer • A development milestone paid before customer revenue • Payment merely for recommending a processor • Payment merely for proving that a shopping cart technically functions For this project, success means: Real customers purchase JuiceFast, their payments settle successfully, JuiceFast receives the resulting revenue, and customers reliably receive access to the program. A functioning cart, processor approval, internal test transaction, completed website, or campaign launch does not by itself trigger the substantial success compensation. Your economically meaningful compensation will come from the real JuiceFast sales your work helps unlock. Do not apply unless you explicitly accept this structure. WHY THE COMPENSATION CAN BE SUBSTANTIAL I understand that delayed and performance-linked compensation transfers meaningful risk to the selected expert or team. In exchange, I am prepared to negotiate compensation far above an ordinary hourly or fixed-price fee when the work unlocks meaningful revenue. Compensation will be based upon the value created rather than the amount of time required. If the correct expert solves the problem quickly, that rapid solution remains extremely valuable. Possible compensation structures include: • A percentage of settled JuiceFast revenue for a defined period • Staged success payments tied to written revenue thresholds • A substantial success fee funded from generated sales • A combination of temporary revenue participation and success payments • Five-figure or potentially larger total compensation when the actual sales, responsibility, speed, and scope support it There is no preset multiple or public maximum. The structure can be adapted to the selected partner’s preferred compensation style. Before implementation begins, both sides will agree in writing upon: • The compensation formula • Whether compensation is calculated from gross or net settled sales • Treatment of advertising costs, processor fees, refunds, and chargebacks • Payment frequency • Revenue thresholds • The participation period • Any payout cap or renegotiation point • Phase 1 completion conditions The economic principle is simple: If your expertise unlocks substantial JuiceFast revenue, you should participate substantially in the value you created. THE PRODUCT JuiceFast is a professionally produced digital educational program designed to help people use juice fasting specifically for weight loss. The program includes: • Professionally produced instructional videos • An ebook • An audiobook • Shopping and preparation guidance • Motivational materials • Food-substitution resources • Safety information • Additional supporting content The website was originally built only far enough to determine whether meaningful market interest existed. It was never fully modernized or optimized. The product itself was positioned as a self-directed digital program, similar to purchasing a book or online course. Customers were not being promised personal access to the creator. The program was designed by someone who closely understood the target customer’s questions and attempted to answer those questions within the content itself. Once payment, login access, and content delivery operate reliably, the system is intended to require very little continuing support. The business has: • No physical inventory • No shipping • No manufacturing • No warehouse fulfillment • Very low marginal delivery cost • Existing English-language content • Potential access to additional English-speaking countries • Future potential for translated versions Saudi Arabia and Oman were the first major markets discovered by Google Ads. Interest also appeared in additional international markets. Advertising was repeatedly stopped before significant scaling because a reliable real-payment system had not been established. THE POTENTIAL Using only the approximately 1,700 final purchase-intent events recorded on December 1 ($507 in google ad cost): • A 1% real purchase rate at $57 would equal 17 sales and $969 in gross revenue in 15 hrs • A 2% real purchase rate would equal 34 sales and $1,938 in gross revenue in 15 hrs • A 5% real purchase rate would equal 85 sales and $4,845 in gross revenue in 15 hrs These figures are mathematical illustrations, not forecasts or guarantees. Actual profitability will depend upon advertising costs, processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, traffic quality, and the true number of unique human users. The traffic ceiling was never tested. If profitable customer acquisition is confirmed, advertising could be increased progressively while performance is monitored. Very little optimization has been attempted. Future opportunities may include: • Price testing • Landing-page improvements • Mobile checkout improvements • Local currency display • Saudi trust signals • Mada and Apple Pay • Retargeting • Abandoned-checkout follow-up • Advertising creative testing • Keyword and country segmentation • Offer testing • Arabic translation • Membership-platform improvements These are future possibilities. They are not the immediate Phase 1 assignment. PHASE 1 — PROVE REAL CUSTOMER REVENUE The immediate objective is to make the minimum responsible corrections necessary to determine whether genuine customers will purchase JuiceFast. The selected revenue partner or coordinated team will: 1. Review the historical Google Ads, GA4, screenshots, and funnel evidence. 2. Determine whether the historical activity represents genuine people and commercially meaningful intent. 3. Check for bots, invalid traffic, duplicate events, direct Thank You page access, attribution errors, or incorrect tracking. 4. Confirm the true number of unique checkout-stage users and final purchase-intent events. 5. Inspect the existing website for anything that would prevent a credible sales test. 6. Determine which payment processor can legally and technically serve this United States merchant while accepting payments from Saudi Arabia, Oman, and other relevant markets. 7. Implement the appropriate Mada and 3DS-compatible payment flow. 8. Confirm that Google Ads and GA4 record a purchase only after a successful real payment. 9. Inspect the existing Weebly membership portal. 10. Verify that customers can receive login access, recover passwords, use the portal on mobile, and view the content they purchased. 11. Leave the existing portal in place if it is acceptable. 12. Repair or replace it only if its current condition would create customer failures. 13. Confirm that customer emails and product-access automation operate correctly. 14. Prepare and launch a controlled real-customer revenue test. I do not want to personally rebuild or troubleshoot the website, checkout, analytics, or membership system again. I will provide: • Appropriate account access • Historical screenshots • Existing product content • Necessary product information • Required business decisions The selected partner or team will own the technical execution. PROVE THE SYSTEM BEFORE SPENDING THE ADVERTISING BUDGET The current initial Google Ads testing budget is approximately $400. That budget cannot be used to discover whether the applicant’s basic technical implementation functions. Before paid advertising resumes, the selected partner must verify the complete customer path using appropriate processor testing tools and controlled live verification where required: • Checkout loads correctly • The required payment options are available • 3DS authentication functions • A payment can be completed • Settlement can be verified • Purchase tracking records accurately • Customer access instructions are delivered • Login and password processes work • Purchased content is accessible • Mobile use is acceptable Once the complete system has been verified, the $400 campaign can be used to test actual customer demand. ONE EXPERT OR COORDINATED TEAM IS PREFERRED My preference is to find one highly capable expert or one coordinated agency that can own as much of Phase 1 as possible: • Google Ads analysis • GA4 and conversion tracking • Traffic-quality verification • Saudi and GCC payment infrastructure • Mada and 3DS • Checkout implementation • Necessary website adjustments • Weebly membership verification • Digital-product access • Controlled campaign launch Qualified specialists may still apply if they can solve one critical part of the project under the same sales-linked compensation structure. However, I do not want to personally coordinate several disconnected technicians. If multiple specialists are required, one lead person or agency must: • Identify the required specialists • Coordinate their work • Manage technical handoffs • Remain accountable for the overall Phase 1 outcome • Serve as my primary point of contact TIMELINE AND PRIORITY You do not need to promise a final launch date before reviewing the available evidence and systems. After receiving the agreed evaluation access, you must provide: • Your viability assessment • The scope you are willing to own • The shortest responsible implementation plan • A specific proposed launch date • Any required specialist support • Confirmation that you have sufficient availability to meet the proposed date Do not accept this project and then repeatedly postpone it behind clients who are paying immediately. Because most compensation is delayed until revenue begins, you must deliberately reserve enough capacity to treat JuiceFast as a genuine priority. TEMPORARY PARTNERSHIP — NO PERMANENT OWNERSHIP This arrangement provides temporary partner-style economic participation during the defined Phase 1 period. It does not automatically provide: • Permanent equity • Permanent ownership • Permanent revenue participation • Exclusivity • Control of JuiceFast • Guaranteed future optimization work • An automatic Phase 2 agreement • A right of first refusal Revenue participation ends according to the written Phase 1 terms. Major optimization and scaling will be considered only after real customer revenue is proven. The Phase 1 partner may propose additional work, but any future relationship will be evaluated and negotiated separately. EVIDENCE AVAILABLE I attached screenshots showing the historical traffic surge, checkout events, and final simulated purchase-intent activity. I've included a summary of each day starting with the very first day on November 26 through the final simulated car day on December 1. Qualified candidates may also receive appropriate read-only access to: • Google Ads • Google Analytics • Historical campaign data • Existing funnel pages • Website configuration • Checkout information • Membership-delivery system This allows a genuine expert to inspect the opportunity before making a final commitment. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Begin your proposal with: I UNDERSTAND THAT MY SUBSTANTIAL JUICEFAST COMPENSATION BEGINS ONLY AFTER REAL CUSTOMER SALES GENERATE SETTLED REVENUE. Then answer: 1. Describe your direct experience with Saudi Arabian or GCC payments, Mada, and 3DS. 2. Which payment processor would you investigate first for this United States merchant structure, and why? 3. How would you determine whether the historical Google Ads and GA4 activity represents genuine human demand? 4. Based on the information provided, could this realistically be a quick checkout, tracking, and membership-verification repair? 5. Can you personally handle the checkout, conversion tracking, necessary website adjustments, and membership-access verification? 6. Which responsibilities would require another specialist? 7. Can you coordinate any required specialists without making me manage the technical handoffs? 8. What temporary revenue-partner compensation structure would make the delayed payment and performance risk worthwhile to you? 9. What evidence would you need to inspect before accepting the opportunity? 10. After reviewing the systems, would you commit to a specific launch date and reserve enough capacity to meet it? Do not apply with a generic web-development proposal. Do not apply if you expect a meaningful upfront payment, paid audit, ordinary hourly arrangement, deposit, retainer, or pre-revenue milestone payment. This opportunity is intended for an expert or coordinated team capable of evaluating the evidence, implementing the shortest responsible solution, and participating substantially—but temporarily—in the revenue they help unlock.
