**Food Product Development Assistant (Recipe Testing & Iteration)** We are looking for a freelance food development assistant to help refine and test a canned food recipe. Responsibilities: * Prepare small-scale recipe variations * Use a pressure cooker to simulate commercial production conditions * Test ingredient ratios and cooking methods * Document recipes, quantities, and observations * Take photos and videos of results * Provide feedback on texture, appearance, consistency, and overall quality * Assist with iterative product development Requirements: * Experience with cooking, food preparation, or product development * Access to a pressure cooker * Strong attention to detail * Ability to document experiments and results clearly Preferred: * Culinary background * Food Science or Food Engineering background * Experience with recipe development or R&D Project Details: * Small-scale test batches only * Home kitchen setup is acceptable * Ongoing work available for the right candidate * Project-based compensation When applying, please include: * Relevant experience * Your location * Whether you have access to a pressure cooker * Examples of any recipe development or food-related work
