Looking for a Chief Architect Home Designer to help build the necessary blue-prints for our home extension - sunroom. See rough blue prints here - https://www.figma.com/board/G7YIBdH4fl1Oik1Qee43rP/Sun-Room-Specs?node-id=48-323&t=f6rYeCdErC4upmm3-1 Final deliverables should include at least the following... - Top view interior - Top view exterior (emphasis on roof) - Front view interior - Front view exterior - Posts top view - Post front view - Electrical - One 3D rendering w/ furniture w/ 2 angles - Materials list (for estimating) Allow for 1-2 revisions. Should be made according to US standard construction in the NJ state. If you have experience doing blueprints in NJ state and can hit these marks, let's chat!
