Children's Book Launch Manager

Project description I'm an independent children's book author launching my first-edition picture book, and I'm looking for a reliable, ongoing freelancer to help bring it to market. I already have a marketing plan written — your job is to execute it (and bring your own ideas as we go). This is a long-term, part-time engagement: just a few hours per week to start, with room to grow as the launch ramps up. What you'll do Execute my existing marketing plan Write conversational, engaging copy for social posts, outreach, and web content Manage and grow the book's Instagram and other social accounts Maintain and update the book's website Conduct outreach to retailers, bookstores, reviewers, and partners Engage professionally with interested sellers and respond to inquiries You're a great fit if you have Strong writing skills with a warm, conversational voice Experience with social media management and content creation Comfort with website tools and general tech Excellent organization and the ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding Reliable follow-through and good communication Bonus: experience marketing books, working with authors, or in publishing.
