China Apparel Sourcing Specialist for Premium Quality Women’s Fashion Manufacturer

We are looking for an experienced apparel sourcing specialist with proven experience sourcing direct high-quality garment manufacturers/factories in China for premium quality women’s fashion. Initial product: Premium quality women’s coordinated knitwear set (polo-style top + shorts). Order quantity: 30 sets with scale potential to 100 sets. Requirements: * Experience sourcing direct apparel factories * Strong understanding of women’s garments, fit-sensitive products, and premium finishing * Ability to identify manufacturers capable of: premium sewing/construction quality consistent QC, * Experience and expertise with apparel production (knows good quality fabrics, how to inspect garments during and after production and know typical pricing structure (able to negotiate prices) or handle contracts with manufacturer * Must be able to communicate directly with factories and compare suppliers professionally Deliverables (excel file): 1. Shortlist of 5 VERIFIED full OEM knitwear manufacturing factories (starting from sourcing fabric) *Factory comparison matrix: services, MOQ, expertise, clients/brand worked with, location, contact person with email and phone number, website and social media * Recommendation of top 3 manufacturers with rationale
