Chinese Commercial Lawyer Needed (English & Mandarin) We are seeking a licensed attorney in China with expertise in commercial law, manufacturing agreements, and international trade. Our company requires legal support regarding a confidential commercial matter involving a manufacturing partner in China. We are seeking legal guidance to assess our position, understand our options under Chinese law, and support potential negotiations or dispute resolution efforts. The initial scope of work may include: Reviewing relevant documentation and agreements Assessing legal risks and available options under Chinese law Providing strategic legal advice and recommendations Supporting communications and negotiations with the manufacturing partner in Mandarin, if necessary Advising on potential dispute resolution processes, including arbitration or litigation if required. Required qualifications: Licensed attorney qualified to practice in China Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese Proven experience with Chinese commercial law and manufacturing disputes Experience representing international clients in cross-border matters Strong knowledge of manufacturing contracts, supply chain disputes, and international trade Preferred qualifications: Experience advising companies in the consumer products or manufacturing sectors. Familiarity with intellectual property considerations related to product manufacturing.
