Chinese-Speaking Communications Assistant

We are seeking a Chinese-speaking professional to assist with communications and follow-up with Chinese agents and business contacts who have responded to our outreach efforts. This role is focused on communication, relationship management, and coordination rather than sales. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese and is comfortable interacting with business professionals in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities: • Communicate with Chinese agents via email, WeChat, LinkedIn, and other business channels • Translate written communications between English and Chinese • Assist with follow-up conversations and relationship management • Help coordinate meetings and introductions • Provide summaries of discussions and key takeaways • Support ongoing business development efforts Preferred Qualifications: • Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker • Strong written and verbal English skills • Experience working with Chinese business professionals, agents, or investors • Professional communication skills • Responsive and organized Highly Preferred: • Experience in EB-5, immigration services, investment migration, real estate, private equity, fundraising, or investor relations • Familiarity with WeChat and Chinese business culture • Experience coordinating with overseas agents or intermediaries
