Church & Ministry Outreach Researcher — Find Pastor Contact Info & Send Outreach Messages

I'm looking for a detail-oriented researcher and outreach specialist to help me reach pastors and ministry leaders across the United States. This is an ongoing role with consistent work for the right person. You will be finding churches and ministries online, locating the correct contact person (senior pastor, lead pastor, or ministry director), and sending a short pre-written outreach message through their website contact form or email address. This is NOT a sales role. You are not selling anything. You are sending a short, friendly message on behalf of our ministry platform and logging the outreach. That's it. Your Responsibilities: Search for churches and ministries in target cities, states, and denominations using Google, church directories, and social media Find the senior pastor or lead ministry contact's name, email address, and/or website contact form URL Send the exact pre-written outreach message we provide — no improvising, no changing the copy Log every outreach attempt in a Google Sheet we provide (church name, pastor name, city, state, denomination, contact method, date sent, response received) Flag any responses you receive so we can follow up personally What We Provide: The exact message to send (word for word — you do not write anything) A Google Sheet template for tracking all outreach A list of target regions, cities, and denominations to prioritize Clear instructions and examples for finding the right contact person Ongoing feedback and direction Where You Will Find Contacts: Church directories (churchangel.com, thearda.com) Google searches ("senior pastor" + city + "contact us") Church websites directly Facebook and Instagram pages for ministries Denominational websites What We Are Looking For: Strong English reading and writing skills (you must be able to accurately copy and paste our message without errors) Experience with web research and data entry Attention to detail — every outreach must be logged correctly Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets Familiarity with Google Sheets Honest and reliable — we will verify outreach was actually sent Target Volume: We are looking for 50–100 verified outreach contacts per week to start, with potential to scale up significantly for the right person. Compensation: $3–6 per hour Bonus available for responses that convert to booked calls To Apply: Please answer these three questions in your proposal: What tools or websites do you use to find church or pastor contact information? We genuinely believe in what we do and we want someone representing us who takes their work seriously. If you're a person of faith yourself, that's a bonus — but it's not required. What is required is accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
