Your Role We're looking for a long-term YouTube Video Editor who wants to grow with the brand. Your responsibilities include: Edit cinematic YouTube videos Edit YouTube Shorts Create engaging but natural storytelling Improve pacing and viewer retention Professional color correction & color grading Professional audio editing Organize project files Suggest creative improvements You won't just edit videos. You'll help shape the visual identity of the brand. Our Style Think: Beautiful cinematography Documentary-style storytelling Nature sounds Minimal graphics Clean editing Premium quality We're NOT looking for: Loud YouTube editing Fake reactions Excessive transitions Overused sound effects MrBeast-style editing Who We're Looking For You: Have experience editing YouTube content Understand pacing and storytelling Can work independently Communicate clearly Care about quality more than speed Experience with fishing is NOT required. Passion for outdoor content is a plus. Long-Term Opportunity This is not a one-time project. We're looking for someone to become an important part of the creative team as the company grows. If we're a great fit, we'd like to work together for years. Paid Trial Before we begin a long-term collaboration, shortlisted candidates will complete a paid trial project using the same footage.
