Summary

KitchenToMyTable.com is seeking an experienced video editor to produce a completely new, polished onboarding and training series for our website. KitchenToMyTable helps users create recipes and meal ideas using ingredients they already have available. We currently have an existing tutorial library, but we are redesigning the entire series to make the videos shorter, clearer, more professional, and more focused on guiding the customer through real tasks. The existing tutorials will be provided as reference material only. We are not looking to reuse the existing recordings. The selected editor will create all-new screen recordings using the current version of KitchenToMyTable.com and follow detailed scripts and production instructions supplied by us. Project Scope The complete project will consist of 11 tutorial videos. Each finished video will generally be between 45 seconds and 2 minutes, depending on the subject. The planned tutorial series includes: Welcome to KitchenToMyTable Understanding the 48-Hour Preview and Creating an Account Creating Recipes Using Ingredients You Already Have Creating Recipes with Image Detection and Free-Form Input Refining Recipes by Cuisine, Dish Type, and Food Preferences Understanding and Using Your Recipe Results Searching the Existing Recipe Library Saving and Managing Favorite Recipes Building and Managing Meal Plans Understanding Nutritional Information Building and Managing a Shopping List The videos should work together as one consistent onboarding and training series. Initial Paid Assignment We will begin by hiring the selected freelancer to produce one paid introductory video: Welcome to KitchenToMyTable This first video will be used to verify: Editing quality Voice quality Ability to follow detailed instructions Screen-recording quality Captions and on-screen text Pacing and storytelling Communication Turnaround time Successful completion of the first paid video is expected to lead to the remaining 10 videos. What We Will Provide For each video, we will provide: The complete voice-over script Exact narration wording Target runtime Screen-by-screen instructions Required website actions On-screen text and captions Branding instructions Logo and graphic assets Examples of our current tutorial videos Clear production and acceptance requirements The editor will not be responsible for writing the curriculum or deciding what each video should teach. We are looking for someone who can take our detailed instructions and produce a professional finished video. New Screen Recordings Required All screen recordings must be newly created using the current KitchenToMyTable.com website. The existing videos are being supplied only so the editor can: Understand the website Review existing features See the type of content currently available Understand what we are trying to improve The existing footage should not be reused in the new videos. Our goal is to create a fully updated library with consistent recording quality, browser presentation, cursor movement, zoom levels, voice, captions, transitions, and branding. Creative Direction The new videos should tell a clear customer story rather than repeatedly demonstrating unrelated website features. For example, instead of creating a video titled only “Ingredient Selection,” the tutorial should guide the viewer through the complete task of creating a meal using ingredients they already have. Each video should: Focus on one clear customer objective Use concise, conversational narration Avoid repeating instructions taught in earlier videos Remove unnecessary pauses and loading time Use smooth cursor movement and professional zooms Keep text clear and readable Maintain consistent visual branding End with a clear result or next step Voice Requirements The videos must include professional English narration. The preferred voice is: American English Warm and conversational Clear and confident Friendly and approachable Natural, not overly promotional Appropriate for a modern software tutorial Human voice or high-quality AI voice may be proposed The same voice should be available for the entire 11-video series. Please identify the voice platform or narrator you propose to use. Editing Requirements The completed videos should include: New high-quality screen recordings 1080p resolution Smooth zoom-ins on important controls Visible and controlled cursor movement Cursor highlighting where appropriate Accurate captions Clean on-screen titles Professional pacing Consistent intro and outro styling Tasteful transitions Light background music where appropriate Voice clearly audible above any music No excessive blank screens No unnecessary loading sequences No personal information displayed No watermarks Turnaround Expectations We are working on a defined production schedule. After the first video and production style are approved, we are looking for someone who can deliver approximately one to two completed videos per day. Our goal is to complete the full 11-video series within approximately one to two weeks, including reasonable revisions. Please do not apply unless your current availability can support this schedule. Pricing Please submit your fixed price per completed video. Your proposal should clearly state: Your price for the initial introductory video Your expected price per video for the remaining series Whether your price includes voice narration Whether your price includes captions Whether your price includes new screen recordings How many revision rounds are included Any differences in price for a 45–60 second video versus a 90–120 second video Please do not submit only an hourly rate. We need a clear per-video price so proposals can be compared consistently. Required Deliverables For every completed video, the editor must provide: Final 1080p MP4 Captioned final version Version without captions, when requested Editable project/source file Voice-over file Any custom graphics used Confirmation that all supplied assets are licensed for commercial use KitchenToMyTable must receive full commercial usage rights to the completed work. Proposal Questions Please answer every question below in your proposal: What is your fixed price for a completed 45–60 second tutorial video? What is your fixed price for a completed 90–120 second tutorial video? Does your price include professional narration, captions, and new screen recording? What voice-over method do you recommend: human narration or AI voice? Please provide two or three examples of software tutorials, screen-recording tutorials, or SaaS product demonstrations you have produced. How quickly can you complete the first 45–60 second introductory video? Can you consistently complete one to two finished videos per day after the first video is approved? How many revision rounds are included in your price? Are you willing to provide editable project files with every completed video? Have you reviewed KitchenToMyTable.com and our existing tutorials before submitting your proposal? Applicants who do not answer these questions or provide relevant examples may not be considered. Ideal Freelancer The ideal freelancer will: Have experience producing software tutorials Be comfortable recording websites and web applications Follow detailed scripts precisely Communicate clearly Meet committed deadlines Maintain visual consistency across multiple videos Respond quickly to revision requests Have enough availability to complete the project promptly Be interested in future training, product, and marketing video work About the First Video The initial paid assignment will be a 45–60 second introductory video explaining the core value of KitchenToMyTable. We will provide the final script and exact screen sequence after hiring. The video will introduce how KitchenToMyTable helps users: Create meals using ingredients they already have Upload a picture to identify food Describe the type of meal they want Refine results based on their preferences Discover useful recipes quickly The editor will be expected to match the screen actions closely to the narration and complete the video within the agreed deadline. Website and Existing Tutorials Please visit: https://www.kitchen2mytable.com/tutorials.php Review the current tutorial section before applying. The current videos demonstrate the website’s features, but the new series will use all-new screen recordings, updated scripts, improved pacing, and a stronger customer-focused story. Contract Structure The first contract or milestone will cover one paid introductory video. After that video is reviewed and accepted, the project is expected to continue with the remaining ten videos at the agreed per-video pricing. This is a paid production assignment. We are not requesting free sample work.
