I am looking for a licensed civil engineer to prepare a site grading plan for a new residential duplex in South Elgin, Illinois. I already have the following documents available: • Recent topographic survey • Recent plat of survey (boundary survey) • Architectural building plans Scope of Work: • Review the existing documents. • Prepare a site grading plan that complies with the Village’s requirements. • Ensure proper site drainage and grading around the proposed duplex. • Coordinate the grading plan with the architectural plans. Please include in your proposal: • Your experience with residential grading plans. • Examples of similar projects. • Your estimated timeline. • Your fixed-price quote for this project.
