Civil Engineer for Landscape Plans

I have a residential hardscape and landscape plan that illustrates the proposed drainage approach, and will serve as a basis for review by the civil engineer, who I need to provide the necessary calculations and engineering approval. Basically, I need a civil engineer to prepare a drainage plan (with sump pump) suitable for city submission. The project involves designing and planning for a residential area, ensuring all elements are aligned with city regulations and standards. The final sump pump design, sizing, and associated calculations would need to be completed and approved by the civil engineer, as the pump requirements are dependent on site-specific drainage volumes and engineering calculations.
