Civil Engineer for Permitting in Bend

I am trying to wrap up a project’s permitting in Bend Oregon. My original Engineer has disappeared and I am reaching out to get help on this project. During covid we ended up having to pivot to a different chiller than whats on the plan. The city would like the correct chiller on the plans and for us to resubmit. I’ve attached the original stamped drawings and the new chiller spec sheet. This chiller has an internal pump and tank. We did not install an air separator on the project. Can we remove that from the plans as well? I marked in red what we didn’t install. The GD chiller has a Glycol tank feeder and didn’t require an air separator. We also dont add chemicals.
