I'm looking for an experienced Civil & Structural Engineer who specializes in architectural floor plans, structural drawings, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design. Project Scope: Create or modify architectural floor plans. Prepare structural drawings and calculations (if required). Design MEP layouts that comply with industry standards. Deliver accurate, construction-ready drawings. Make revisions based on feedback. Requirements: Proven experience in civil, structural, and architectural design. Strong knowledge of MEP systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, ETABS, STAAD Pro, or similar software. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
