Claude Finance implementation

1) Background: I work in Finance as a Group Finance Controller for a construction related business. It is a medium sized business with a lot of room to improve in terms of controls and automation in the Finance department. We use Oracle for Finance reporting but there are other systems that feed data into it and currently are facing significant challenge in ensuring data flows smoothly. Time is spent on variance identification every month! I recently got approval to get Claude for limited users in the department and be able to link it with our files / sharepoint etc. 2) Requirements: I want to hire someone who can help me implement certain automations and reconciliations via claude agents to a good accuracy. Every output will be reviewed but I want my processes to run way more efficiently than they currently are. Some key requirements I need help in setting up with are: - Month end GL reconciliations - Investigation of variances in inter-systems data transfer -Variance analysis by entity (10 entities) - Board pack commentary / KPI sheet The attached file shows uses I have drafted so far. Some higher priority others just ideas at this point. 3) Ideal candidate: I want someone who can guide me best in how I need to approach this AI integration and utilise Claude's capabilities. There is so much info out there in terms of plugins/connectors/claude code/agents/cowork etc. so therefore want to configure it right first time around.
