Claude cowork automation help

I’m looking for someone with strong Claude Co-Work experience to spend a few hours helping me organize and review my setup. I’ve built a number of automations, but I’m new to Claude Co-Work and I’m not sure if everything is organized or stored the way it should be. I’d like someone to walk me through how the platform is typically structured, where prompts, automations, tools, and files should live, and whether my current setup follows best practices. I’m looking for more of a guided tour and consultation than someone to build things from scratch. I have a lot of questions about how everything works, how to keep it organized as it grows, and whether there are better ways to structure what I’ve already created.
