We are a growing agency looking for an experienced ClickUp specialist to design and build our entire operations system from the ground up. We know what our business does — we need someone who can translate that into a clean, functional ClickUp workspace that our team can actually use. This is a build role, not a management role. What you will be responsible for: Auditing our current workflow and understanding how work moves through our business. Designing and building a ClickUp workspace structure that reflects our operations — Spaces, Folders, Lists, and tasks set up with intention. Creating custom fields, statuses, and views tailored to how we track and manage work. Building automations that reduce manual follow-up and keep projects moving without constant oversight. Setting up dashboards that give us a real-time view of project health, deadlines, and team workload. Creating templates for recurring workflows so every new project starts consistently. Documenting the system so the team knows how to use it and new hires can onboard quickly. Training the team on the workspace once the build is complete. Who we are looking for: Someone who has built ClickUp systems before, not just used them. A structured thinker who asks the right questions before touching anything. Someone who understands business operations well enough to design a system that reflects real workflows. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of what makes a workspace clean versus cluttered. Experience with automations, dashboards, and custom fields is essential. Ability to document and hand over the system clearly once the build is done. How this engagement works: We are starting from scratch so there is room to build this properly. The scope is focused — design, build, document, and hand over. There is potential for ongoing support after delivery for the right person. We want a specialist, not a generalist.
