Client Account Manager, Staffing Agency

We’re looking for an Account Manager with deep experience in the U.S. or Canada to join our growing team at HELM (www.helm.ceo). Responsibilities Onboard and train new team members (staffers) who will be directly engaging with clients. Guide clients through the onboarding process. Serve as the primary point of contact for any questions or challenges from clients or team members (staffers). Conduct one-on-one check-ins with team members Regularly engage with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction. Manage client relationships, ensuring alignment with expectations and goals. Recruiting support responsibilities Candidate reviews: screen inbound applications against must-have criteria; escalate strong fits promptly. Reference checks: run references, summarize insights, and flag risks/recommendations. Assessments: conduct and role-specific assessments; compile results with clear scoring. Requirements Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in client-facing roles or account management. Training or coaching experience is a plus. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
