Client Acquisition Freelancer (Commission-Based) - Social Media Agency

Nkombi Solutions is a social media management agency working with law firms, dental practices, and service businesses. We need someone to help us bring in new clients. Your job is simple to describe, harder to do well: find potential clients, reach out to them (cold email, LinkedIn, wherever makes sense), and help turn them into paying clients. You're not just sending messages, you're having conversations and closing deals. How this pays: Commission-based, not a fixed salary. You earn a percentage of the value of every client you help bring on and retain. We don't have budget yet for a full-time hire, that's exactly why this is structured this way, the more clients you close, the more you make. No cap on earnings. This is a good fit if you've done outreach or sales before, you're confident having conversations with potential clients, and you'd rather be paid on results than a fixed hourly rate. It's not a good fit if you're looking for guaranteed hours or income. What we're looking for: Experience with cold outreach, sales, or business development (agency experience is a plus) Confident writing cold emails and LinkedIn messages that don't sound like spam Comfortable following up without being pushy Self-motivated, you won't be micromanaged, but you also won't be chased to do the work Good written English To apply: Tell me about a time you closed a client or a deal, even a small one, and how you did it.
