We are a growing credit consulting company helping clients build and improve their credit profiles so they can qualify for funding, housing loans, car loans, and more. We are scaling fast and looking for a seasoned, results-driven appointment setter who is day-one ready. No hand-holding, no training period. This is a performance-based role. Your income is directly tied to your results. We are looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a commission-based environment. If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you. This role begins with a 1-month probationary period. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and commitment will be transitioned to a regular long-term position. Responsibilities: - Speak with new leads, qualify and vet them for our services - Schedule consultations with the closer and confirm client attendance - Follow up with booked clients and maintain accurate lead tracking - Conduct outreach via cold calls, Instagram DMs, and emails - Source your own leads alongside company-provided ones - Close clients directly when qualified to do so - Track booked clients and mark when payment has been made Requirements: - Prior appointment setting or sales experience (required) - Day-one ready. (No training will be provided) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable with cold calling, DMs, and email outreach - Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM - Highly organized with strong lead tracking and follow-up habits - Available 40 hours/week | 10 AM – 7 PM EST, Monday to Friday, fixed and non-negotiable - Must give this role full and undivided attention during working hours. (No other client work during this time) - Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure - Long-term commitment. We are not looking for someone who quits at the first sign of difficulty Bonus: Experience in credit, financial services, or compliance-sensitive industries Engagement Terms: - Pay: Performance-based with strong earning potential — top performers earn up to $1,000/week - Hours: 40 hours/week | 10 AM – 7 PM EST, Monday to Friday - Type: Independent contractor, long-term - Start: 1-month probationary period, with evaluation for regular long-term placement upon successful completion How to Apply: Please submit a proposal that includes: 1.
