Client Care & Bookings Specialist (Remote) The Harvest Clinic is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Client Care & Bookings Specialist to join our friendly remote team. This isn't just another admin role. You'll often be the first person someone speaks to when they're reaching out for psychological support. Your ability to build rapport, communicate warmly, and confidently guide people into the right appointment can genuinely change lives. About the Role You'll be responsible for: - Responding to new enquiries by phone, SMS and email - Calling GP referrals and helping clients book appointments - Following up enquiries that haven't yet booked - Reactivating previous clients ready to return to therapy - Managing clinician diaries and appointment availability - Maintaining accurate CRM records and following our booking systems - Working closely with our clinical and administration team to provide an exceptional client experience We're Looking For Someone Who: - Is naturally warm, friendly and empathetic - Loves talking with people and building rapport - Is highly organised and reliable - Is confident on the phone and not afraid to make outbound calls - Follows systems and processes consistently - Takes ownership and enjoys achieving booking and conversion targets - Learns quickly and embraces feedback - Has excellent written and verbal English - Previous experience in medical reception, allied health, customer service, bookings or sales is highly regarded.
