About the Role This role is responsible for translating marketing strategy and business objectives into clear priorities, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are executed effectively, on time, within budget, and with measurable impact. The CML builds strong client relationships, maintains delivery momentum, and ensures all outputs align with brand, performance expectations, and long-term growth objectives. You will work closely with internal specialists, guiding execution while maintaining full ownership of the client experience and overall marketing direction. Key Responsibilities - Client Partnership & Marketing Leadership - Act as the primary marketing lead for assigned accounts - Build long-term, trust-based client relationships - Develop a strong understanding of client industries, competitors, and growth challenges - Take ownership of marketing direction, priorities, and outcomes Client Experience & Satisfaction - Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication - Provide clear visibility of timelines, deliverables, and dependencies - Offer strategic insights and optimisation recommendations - Manage risks, concerns, and escalations professionally Strategic Oversight & Quality Assurance - Oversee end-to-end marketing delivery - Ensure all outputs are on-brief, brand-aligned, and performance-driven - Conduct detailed QA on all deliverables prior to client presentation - Identify opportunities for account growth and improvement Execution Management & Internal Leadership - Lead weekly WIPs with clients and internal teams - Participate in client commercial and strategy meetings - Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and performance summaries - Operate autonomously with minimal supervision Delivery & Operational Excellence - Ensure no deliverables are missed across accounts - Drive on-time project delivery through proactive planning - Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously Workflow & Systems Management - Use ClickUp as the central source of truth for all account activity - Maintain accurate task statuses, deadlines, and documentation - Collaborate across platforms including GSuite, Slack, Figma, and reporting tools Key KPIs - 80%+ monthly client satisfaction rating - 95% on-time delivery of client deliverables - Fewer than two client complaints per account Requirements for Success - 3+ years' recent experience in digital marketing, agency, or client services roles - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and marketing performance metrics - Ability to explain marketing data and outcomes clearly to clients - Highly organised with strong project and stakeholder management skills - Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously - Proactive, solutions-focused, and client-centric mindset - Confident working remotely with reliable internet and strong responsiveness - Tech-agile, including familiarity with AI tools to support productivity - Intermediate proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compliance & Cultural Alignment Success in this role requires alignment with core values centred on teamwork, structure, transparency, and accountability.
