Client Relations Manager — Immigration Law Firm (Spanish/English Bilingual)

Posted 3 weeks ago

Summary

We are an immigration law firm specializing in professional/employment visas, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, personable Client Manager to own the client experience after a client signs on with us. This is not a sales role — we bring the clients in. Your job is to make sure every client feels taken care of from the moment they onboard through the life of their case: collecting documents, answering questions, sending reminders, and keeping them updated in plain, friendly language. What you'll do Reach out to new clients after they sign and collect all required documentation (using checklists we provide) Answer client questions about where their case stands, what's needed next, and general process questions Follow up proactively with clients who are slow to respond or missing documents Keep our case management system / tracker updated with client status Learn the basics of our visa process well enough to explain it clearly to clients in everyday terms (you will not be giving legal advice — just guiding clients through the administrative process) Flag anything that needs attorney's attention What we're looking for Native or professional-level fluency in spoken Spanish. Medium level of English. You'll be the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients Ability to quickly learn immigration concepts and visa processes well enough to explain them clearly to clients and answer their day-to-day questions with confidence. Reliable and responsive — clients should never feel like they're chasing you Prior experience in client service, case management, paralegal work, or similar is a plus but not required Hours & Schedule Part-time, approximately 10–20 hours/week to start. Flexible schedule; Latin America time zones welcome. Workload will grow as our caseload grows, with opportunity for more hours over time. Compensation This role is paid per client, not hourly. You will earn $150 USD per client. Each client should take an average of 1 hour per week — more at the beginning and significantly less as the case progresses. As our caseload grows, so does your income.
