Client Relationship Lead – Vertex Media (Real Estate & HVAC)

Vertex Media is actively expanding, and we are looking for a highly articulate, warm, and organized Client Communications Manager (CCM) to act as the dedicated, high-touch liaison for our real estate and HVAC clients. This is a pure relationship management role. Our media buyers handle 100% of the technical ad delivery behind the scenes ; your sole responsibility is client onboarding, hosting weekly video check-ins, and ensuring premium retention through exceptional communication. 📋 Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interface: Serve as the single, consistent face of the agency for day-to-day client communication. Flawless Delivery: Gather essential client goals and assets, and relay them accurately to our delivery team. Weekly Check-Ins: Run regular video calls to keep clients updated, reassured, and happy. 👤 QualificationsImpeccable, fluent spoken and written English with a polished phone/video presence. A strong background in customer success, account management, sales support, or high-end hospitality. Comfortable leading client video calls on camera. Located in and responsive during business hours for the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, or Australia. 💰 Compensation StructureWe reward client retention with a clear, performance-first progression: Phase 1 (First 2–3 Clients): Commission-only, earning 10% of the monthly retainer per client you manage. (e.g., managing 3 clients on a $6,000 retainer brings in $1,800/month) . Phase 2: Transition to a fixed monthly base salary PLUS ongoing retention commission after proving your capabilities. 🛑 Note: If you require a flat base salary from Day 1, or are uncomfortable on camera, please decline this invitation.
