About SmartMD Labs SmartMD Labs partners with clinics, telemedicine companies, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare entrepreneurs by providing turnkey solutions, including telemedicine platforms, pharmaceutical manufacturing partnerships, fulfillment, payment processing, compliance support, and business launch services. We are looking for someone who can become the first point of contact for prospective clients. Initially, your primary responsibility will be scheduling qualified appointments, but as you learn our business, this role can grow into a full sales position with significant earning potential. Responsibilities Call warm leads and prospective clients from our CRM. Respond to inbound inquiries by phone, email, and text. Qualify prospects by understanding their business, goals, and needs. Answer common questions about our services using provided training materials. Schedule qualified discovery calls directly on my calendar. Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet booked. Maintain detailed notes and update our CRM after every interaction. Communicate with me throughout the day regarding important prospects and questions. Learn our products and services over time with the goal of becoming a sales representative. Qualifications Native or near-native English with a professional, confident speaking voice. Previous experience in appointment setting, inside sales, business development, or customer service. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives. Highly organized and detail oriented. Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar). Reliable internet connection and quiet home office. Available during U.S. business hours. Quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who doesn't simply read a script. We want someone who can build rapport, think on their feet, and make prospects feel comfortable. You should be confident enough to answer basic questions while recognizing when a conversation should be escalated. An interest in healthcare, telemedicine, biotech, or pharmaceuticals is a plus, but not required. We will provide training on our business. Growth Opportunity This is not just an appointment setting position. If you perform well, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Business Development Representative or Account Executive role, managing your own sales pipeline and earning commissions on closed business.
