You will own what happens after the sale - ensuring clients receive proactive communication, work is delivered on time, problems are addressed quickly, and our team has the accountability and support needed to perform well. ### What You’ll Own * Lead and develop Account Managers and Program Managers * Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and account health * Ensure work is delivered on time and within scope * Resolve client escalations and delivery challenges * Manage team workload, capacity, and accountability * Improve client-service systems and operating processes * Give leadership clear visibility into client health and delivery performance ### You May Be a Strong Fit If You Have * Experience leading client-service or delivery teams * A background in digital marketing agencies, account management, project management, or operations * Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills * Confidence holding people accountable while helping them succeed * The ability to remain calm and solve problems under pressure * A process-oriented, continuous-improvement mindset * Availability during North American business hours You do not need to personally perform every marketing service, but you should understand how SEO, Paid Ads, Content, and Web teams work together to produce results for clients. ### Growth Opportunity We want someone who can grow into a larger leadership role as the company grows.
