Job Title: Client Specialist | Real Estate Marketing Firm (Remote | Part-Time) About Us We run a small, high-performance roster, not a volume shop. Reputation and results are everything here. We're hiring our first semi full-time team member. This is a foundational role that grows with the business. The Role You'll work directly with the founder to own client communication, ad fulfillment, and internal operations. The founder handles all sales and performance reviews — you handle everything in between. This is not a passive role. We move fast, we document everything, and we expect you to figure things out before being asked twice. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for active clients between performance reviews Set up and refresh Meta ad campaigns using our proven two-campaign structure. Guide newly closed clients through our onboarding process Keep GHL (GoHighLevel) CRM, Google Drive, and internal trackers updated Build and maintain SOPs as our systems evolve Coordinate with our technical team via Slack when issues need escalation You're a Fit If: You solve problems before they get reported You take a vague task and return a finished deliverable You communicate clearly and quickly without hand-holding You pick up new tools fast — we'll train you on everything You want to grow into a team lead as we scale Requirements Fluent Written English Available EST business hours Experience with at least a few of: GHL, Slack, Google Workspace, a CRM, or any project management tool Stable internet and able to attend daily video syncs Compensation Up to $2,200 USD/month+, starting with a 30-day paid trial to ensure mutual fit.
