Passive Nominee Resident Director

We are a very small New Zealand limited company operating a remote cabin hire business with a low annual turnover (approx. $24,500 NZD). Both current directors are relocating to Australia and we require a New Zealand resident to act as a passive nominee resident director solely to comply with the NZ Companies Office residency requirement. Responsibilities: • Act as a resident director on the NZ Companies Office register. • Forward any official government or tax letters sent to your physical address. Requirements: • Must be a verified, permanent tax resident of New Zealand (physically living in NZ for more than 183 days a year). • Must have a clean corporate history with no current or past director disqualifications. • Must be willing to sign a strict Nominee Director Agreement confirming you have zero operational control, zero ownership of assets, and no access to company bank accounts.
