Client Success Coach

🚨 Hiring: Client Success Coach | Remote Impact Clients, Richard Yu’s online education company, is hiring a Full-Time Client Success Coach. 🌍 Remote | Worldwide 📍 Preferred: North America, Europe & South Africa 🕘 9 AM–6 PM EST | Monday–Friday 💰 Commission/Revenue Share Based — No Fixed Basic Salary 💵 Expected Earnings: $10,000–$15,000+ USD/month depending on experience & performance. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new students through daily calls. Conduct 1:1 coaching, check-ins & accountability calls. Communicate with clients daily and manage the community. Lead weekly group coaching calls. Handle renewals, upgrades & backend coaching enrollments. Create video trainings, worksheets & client resources. Improve SOPs, processes & team KPIs. Complete daily reporting and manage multiple communication channels. Requirements: Strong coaching, mentoring & interpersonal skills. Fluent, clear & professional English. Sales experience. Experience with organic marketing on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Experience creating reels, content or social media posts. Comfortable with Zoom, Loom and client-facing communication. Familiarity with Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite & CRMs, or ability to learn quickly. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Open to feedback and continuous improvement. Must be available full-time — not suitable as a side hustle.
