Client Success Partner For Saas/ Growth Marketing Agency

The Role We're hiring a Client Success Partner to manage a portfolio of client relationships and serve as their primary point of contact. This is not a campaign execution role. You'll focus on communication, strategy, retention, and ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident in our partnership while collaborating closely with the internal teams responsible for delivery and execution. Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Lead onboarding calls, strategy sessions, and account reviews. Translate performance data into actionable business insights. Identify growth opportunities and potential risks. Maintain proactive communication throughout the client journey. Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and expectations. Support retention, renewals, and account growth initiatives. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, or Account Management. Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Experience with CRM and project management tools. Bonus Points For Agency or digital marketing experience. Experience with lead generation, paid advertising, or analytics reporting. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, or Monday.com. What Success Looks Like Within your first few months: Clients feel informed and supported.
