Client Support Specialist For Forex Signals

We run a fast-growing forex trading community on Telegram with thousands of active members. Our free Telegram channel is the engine of our business. We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to handle trader questions across our support channels. This is a 7-day-a-week role, but it's not high-volume or glued-to-the-screen work — it's about being reliably available and responding fast when clients need help. What You'll Do -Respond to client questions in our support chat/channels within 30–60 minutes, 7 days a week -Troubleshoot platform and execution issues in MT4/MT5 (order placement, connectivity, EA issues, terminal errors) -Explain broker-side mechanics to clients — spreads, slippage, execution types (ECN/STP/Market Maker), swaps, margin/leverage, and how these affect trade outcomes -Help clients understand our trading signals and how to apply them correctly on their platform -Keep a log of recurring issues/questions to help us improve our client-facing documentation Requirements -Strong, hands-on forex trading knowledge — not just theory. You should be comfortable discussing pip value, lot sizing, risk management, and signal execution with clients who ask detailed questions -Proven experience with MT4/MT5 — navigating the platform, diagnosing common errors, and guiding clients through fixes -Solid understanding of broker infrastructure — ECN vs STP vs Market Maker models, how execution and pricing differ across broker types. -Experience working in a trading signals, brokerage, or prop firm support role -Familiarity with common client-side issues (VPS setup, EA installation, copy-trading tools) -Excellent written English and clear, patient client communication -Ability to work European time zone hours (no night shifts) and stay responsive across the day, 7 days/week -Self-managed and reliable Schedule & Expectations -7 days/week, European time zone -Not a full-time desk job — chat volume is manageable, but you need to be reachable and respond within 30–60 minutes during active hours -We're looking for someone who can build a sustainable rhythm with this, not burn out from being "always on".
