Seeking a sharp, fast, highly organized professional who can handle all aspects of an ABA agency. Responsibilities include client intake, insurance verification, authorizations, scheduling, staff coordination, provider credentialing, referrals, business development, compliance tracking, and administrative support. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently, solve problems quickly, and keep operations running smoothly. Experience with ABA services, Medicaid/commercial insurance, and healthcare administration is strongly preferred. .
