CoStar Office Tenant Data Export for SF, LA, Seattle, or NYC Market

Summary: We need a clean, import-ready dataset exported/compiled from CoStar of companies with at least one office lease in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, or New York City markets. The goal is to build a serviceable target-account list for an office coffee company, so the key requirement is a clean list of tenant companies tied to their leased office locations. I need one export for each market: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, and New York City. The tenants should have the following filters Space use: Office Occupancy type: exclude co-working Size occupied: 10,000+ SF Employees at location: 50+ Please send: The number of tenant locations in each market A sample CSV so I can review the headers/format A fixed-price quote and estimated turnaround time for the full export Relationship and communication: We are direct, organized, and responsive.
