R Code Review: Decision-Analytic Model for Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (Health Economics)

I am seeking an experienced R programmer with familiarity in health economics or decision-analytic modelling to conduct a structured code review of a cost-effectiveness analysis model developed for academic publication. The model is built following the DARTH framework for transparent and reproducible health economic modelling, and includes a hybrid decision tree and Markov state-transition structure across multiple R and R Markdown files. Scope of review: • Review of code logic, structure, and DARTH naming convention compliance • Verify that all parameters are declared centrally with no hard-coded values elsewhere • Check transition probability calculations, cycle logic, and survival function implementation • Review probabilistic sensitivity analysis (Monte Carlo, n=10,000) distribution assignments • Review one-way sensitivity analysis implementation and tornado diagram outputs • Deliver written feedback with inline comments or a structured report covering all files Ideal candidate: • Strong R programming skills, including R Markdown • Familiarity with Markov models or decision-analytic modelling is a strong plus • Background in health economics or oncology modelling preferred • Detail-oriented, able to work independently Project type: Fixed price Budget: TBD - around $150 Timeline: Flexible, prompt turnaround preferred for academic publication purposes.
