Cold Call US Service Businesses

We are looking for an experienced outbound caller to reach owners of small US service businesses and book appointments for our team. You will be working from a clean, pre-built call list that we provide, so no prospecting or list building is required. This is straight dialing, qualifying, and calendar setting. What you'll do - Call 60 to 100 businesses per day from a provided list - Get past gatekeepers and reach the owner or decision maker - Qualify prospects against a short set of criteria we'll give you - Book qualified prospects into our calendar - Log call outcomes and notes in a shared Google Sheet after each call - Send a short daily summary of dials, connects, and appointments set What we're looking for - 1+ years of outbound cold calling into US markets, ideally B2B or small business owners - Clear, neutral English and a confident phone presence - Comfort with rejection and the discipline to hit consistent daily dial volume - Reliable internet, a quality headset, and availability during US business hours (specify your time zone overlap) Compensation - $8 to $10 per hour depending on experience, plus a bonus for every appointment that shows. - Starting at 10 hours per week with room to expand to full time for the right person.
