Remote | Performance-Based + Monthly Base We are a growing recruiting agency that specializes in placing highly trained construction estimators from Latin America with U.S.-based construction companies (General Contractors and subcontractors/trades). We are looking for a motivated, resourceful, and results-driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter who can open doors, reach decision-makers, and consistently create real business opportunities. This role is for an individual freelancer — not an agency. If you are part of an agency or outsourcing firm, please do not apply. What You’ll Be Responsible For: * Researching U.S. construction companies (GCs and subcontractors) that are actively hiring or likely to need estimating support * Identifying and finding key decision-makers (owners, presidents, estimators, preconstruction managers, operations leaders, etc.) * Cold calling and navigating gatekeepers confidently * Building rapport quickly and creating interest in our services * Clearly communicating our value: We provide trained construction estimators from Latin America who integrate with U.S. companies at a significantly lower cost while maintaining quality * Setting qualified appointments between decision-makers and the agency owner * Tracking all outreach, contacts, and notes in a shared spreadsheet * Keeping a clean and organized pipeline Daily & Weekly Performance Expectations (Realistic Targets) This is a performance-driven role. You will be expected to: * Make 70–120 outbound dials per day * Have 8–20 real conversations per day (decision-makers or gatekeepers) * Set 3–7 qualified appointments per week * Top performers can reach 8–10+ appointments per week 1+ qualified appointment per day is considered strong performance Consistency matters more than occasional spikes What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or sales development * Proficient in English (oral and verbal communication) * Confidence speaking with business owners and executives * Ability to handle objections and get past gatekeepers * Strong research and prospecting skills * Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision * Organized and disciplined with daily activity tracking * Experience in construction, staffing, or recruiting is a strong plus Compensation: * $1,000/month base pay * Performance-based commission tied to successful client placements * Long-term opportunity for growth as the company scales Important: This role is best suited for someone who: * Is an independent freelancer (not an agency or team) * Is motivated by performance and results * Takes ownership of their numbers * Understands that this is true cold outreach (not warm leads) * Wants to grow with a company long-term To Apply: Please send: 1.
