Clear expectations about your task or deliverables We are looking for a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact local business owners (barbershops, gyms, car washes, retail stores, etc.) and introduce a business partnership opportunity. The main deliverable is to generate qualified leads and book interested business owners for follow-up discussions or installation opportunities for our fragrance vending machines. Each call should be recorded in a simple log with outcomes (interested, not interested, follow-up, etc.). You will also be required to maintain an organised Excel spreadsheet / CRM system to track all calls made. This includes contact details, call outcomes, follow-up status, and notes from each conversation to ensure proper pipeline management and reporting. The skills required for your work Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally Fluent English speaking ability (neutral or clear accent preferred) Experience with lead generation or appointment setting is highly desirable Familiarity with CRM tools (or ability to use Excel/Google Sheets effectively) is a plus Good communication We expect clear and consistent communication throughout the role. The caller should provide daily or weekly updates on progress, including number of calls made, outcomes, booked leads, and CRM updates. Responsiveness and transparency are important so we can optimise scripts and improve results together. Details about how you or your team like to work We operate in a fast-moving, performance-focused environment. We will provide a clear script, target list, and onboarding guidance. You will be expected to work independently, but we will stay in regular contact to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. Success is measured by booked appointments and signed partnerships rather than just call volume.
