Cold Caller & Appointment Setter (US B2B Sales)

We provide offshore BPO and staffing solutions to businesses in the United States. We help companies reduce operating costs by providing skilled remote professionals from India. Our services include: Accounting & Bookkeeping Support Virtual Assistants Administrative Support Customer Service Representatives Data Entry & Back Office Operations Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to US businesses. - Identify and qualify potential clients. - Book meetings with decision-makers. - Update CRM with call notes and follow-ups. - Meet weekly appointment targets. Requirements - 2+ years of B2B cold calling or appointment-setting experience. - Excellent English communication skills. - Experience selling BPO, staffing, outsourcing, or professional services is preferred. - Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). - Self-motivated and results-driven.
