Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — Real Estate Outreach (US Based)

I run a marketing agency and need a US based cold caller to contact real estate agents from a provided list and book discovery calls into a scheduling tool. This is a straightforward outbound appointment setting role with a proven script provided. What you'll do: Call from a list I provide, follow a short proven script word for word, book appointments directly into my scheduling link, and send a daily report with dials made, pickups, and appointments booked. What you won't do: Close anyone. I handle all discovery calls and sales on my end. Your only job is getting agents on my calendar. Requirements: US based, confident and professional phone presence, available to dial during business hours Monday through Friday, ability to make 100 calls per day, prior cold calling or appointment setting experience preferred. Deliverables: Daily call tracking report, booked appointments confirmed in scheduling tool. Pay structure: Performance based, $15 per booked appointment. This is a test engagement to start with the intent to extend for the right person. Script, lead list, and scheduling link provided from day one. You will not need to source leads or create materials. All you need is your phone Based on the script and list provided, a consistent caller making 100 calls per day should book approximately 5 appointments per day. This is a test engagement. If you perform well and the results are there I would like to bring you on long term.
