Cold Caller & Appointment Setter – Tech Services (Commission-Based, US Only) We are looking for a Business Development Representative to generate leads, cold call prospects, and close high-ticket projects for our software agency. Responsibilities Generate your own leads and build prospect lists Cold call US-based businesses during US business hours Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities Book meetings and present our services Follow up with prospects and manage the sales process Close deals and hand off projects to the delivery team Requirements Experience with cold calling and outbound sales Strong English communication skills Ability to find and prospect leads independently Comfortable speaking with business owners, founders, and executives Experience selling agency services, software, or technology solutions is a plus Compensation First 3–4 appointments -Commission only (10% per closed deal) Later - Fixed rate + 10%- 15% commission Working Hours Must be available during US business hours To Apply Please answer the following: Describe your cold-calling experience.
