VA/ Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for Australian Agency (Ongoing, Part-Time)

I run a digital agency helping Australian trade and local service businesses get more customers. I'm looking for a reliable cold caller to do outbound outreach and book qualified appointments into my calendar. I run the sales calls myself, your job is to get interested business owners booked in. What you'll do: Cold call Australian local businesses. Maybe US too. Book appointments into my calendar with interested owners Follow up with leads by phone and email. Maybe LinkedIn. Help build and clean lead lists from Google Maps using simple tools (training provided) Log calls and outcomes in a shared spreadsheet What I'm looking for: Excellent, natural spoken English and confidence on the phone Cold calling or appointment-setting experience, ideally into Western markets Able to work Australian business hours (ACST) Organised and consistent with follow-up Bonus: experience with GoHighLevel, Instantly, or similar This starts part-time with room to grow as we scale.
